Our cancellation policy is different depending on what you are renting. For Cabins and Small Boats, we have a 3 day/72 hour cancellation policy, meaning that as long as you cancel 3 or more days before your departure date, you will get a full refund. For Houseboats, it is a 30 day cancellation policy.
Your well-behaved pet is welcome to come with you, however, please be aware that we will charge for any damages or excessive dirtiness that you or your pet may cause.
